The Vikings won Round 1 this weekend knocking out the #14 ranked Keller Indians and advancing to the Area round of the playoffs.  After losing 2-0 in game 1, the Vikings didn’t give up another run all weekend beating the Indians 5-0 in Game 2 and 2-0 in Game 3. Round 2 will be played at

The Lamar baseball team is headed to the State Playoffs!  The Vikings will face Keller High School in Round 1.  Game time and date will be posted when available.

The Lamar High School MAC received a facelift over spring break. Upon construction of the MAC, the intent was to have Viking logo “jetted” into the floor at each platform. Delays in the construction caused this item to be eliminated but the desire was still prominent among the coaches.    Coach DeLay invested time and effort

The Arlington Lamar baseball team spent the weekend competing in the Blue Raider Classic tournament at L.D. Bell High School.  The went 1-2 with a 4-2 run win over Haltom High School.  The Vikings continue their season with a home tournament this weekend.  They kick their weekend off Thursday night at 6:00 pm against Lancaster
